Pat who has been to my home many times explained the need for a new unit. Dave was very professional explaining my issues and went out of his way to have air conditioner installed ASAP as temps were in the 90's. Installer Mike and Randy did an excellent job. I am grateful that your technician Steve alerted us to the mold problem in the first place. He took a photo & showed it to us. I think photographing the inside of the air exchanger should be done routinely. It would help narrow down when problems like this arise.
