A very productive meeting. #2-Nick, "people person". extremely helpful with existing problem patient w/my many questions. #3-Anthony & Tom-Tried to extend the life of our A/c. Great team-very respectful. #4-Kris & Jared-Installation-quick-neat-cleaned up (bonus), very knowledgable about product. A very hard working team. #5-Dave & Don checking in on installation (follow thru). #6-Don stopped to replace fuse. Overall experience, I'd give it a 98%.
