Chris Ryan became the president and owner of Bolster-DeHart, Inc. in 2016. He has an Associate's Degree in HVAC from the Dean Institute of Technology and started working for Bolster-DeHart, Inc. in 2002 as a Service Tech. Since that time, he moved up to the role of Service Manager and then Operations Manager before attaining the position of President. Chris is a certified Building Performance Institute (BPI) Building Analyst and has undergone National Comfort Institute (NCI) Air Balancing, Home Performance, and Combustion Training.
Constantly working to improve his skills by attending business classes in finance, marketing, human resources, leadership, and more, Chris is a dedicated leader and learner who passes these traits on to his employees. He also attends technical classes with manufacturers and distributors and visits national conferences with accredited speakers to do his best in all aspects of his work.
