Our Bryant gas furnace and central air are likely the original, which makes them 38 years old. We have owned our house for the last 12 years and never had to fix either. Lately, our furnace blower does not seem to know when to stop running. It may be possible to repair it, but it is probably more wise to replace them due to their age. We are intrested in a recommendation for a proper replacement and it's cost.

I believe the capacitor needs replaced. The fan stops blowing. We need to turn off the circuit breaker and turn it back on to get the fan to start blowing again. Furnace continues to work fine, circuit breakers are never tripped, and filters are cleaned regularly. It is just the fan which keeps stopping intermittently.

Air conditioner won't work. When I turned on the air conditioner, it tripped the circuit breaker. Reset the circuit breaker and Tested the fuse and did not seem to help nor appeared blown out. With the circuit breaker reset, the heater nor the air conditioner would work.,turn on. Think it might be an electrical issue. Also, need the fan for air conditioner turned up.

I was a Bolster customer at our house in Moon Twp and we recently relocated to Wexford. I have two things I'd like to get a quote on: 1. Adding a Humidifier to our furnace 2. Insulation in our garage and possibly a few other areas of the house. The outside walls of the garage are not insulated and I'd like to explore the blown-in type of insulation or spray foam so that we don't have to replace the drywall or minimize the access.
