My upstairs Cape Cod Dormer is 15-20 degrees hotter than downstairs. Hello, I'm planning to replace my entire heating-cooling system in the next few months. I currently have a Bryant 80% furnace, 44,000 BTU / hr, 14 inch wide and looking for something similar to this. I have a Weil-McLain PD9, series 1 gas boiler. It has a White-Rodgers 25G53 control valve connected to a 30A48-5 automatic pilot. this feeds my homes baseboard hydronic heating. The automatic pilot has stopped functioning and apparently, is no longer made. I need to replace the Boiler ASAP. I am currently using space heaters, and manually lighting the boiler for 30-45 minute increments when home. The heating area of the house is roughly 2300 SqFt. We would need to finance if you have any options for that, as we were not planning to replace this until next summer.
